Born, raised and educated in the Bay Area, Jack is a third generation family member in the insurance industry. He started his insurance career in 1965 with Crum and Forster in San Francisco and moved to the brokerage side in 1968, joining Crist and Fritschi. Jack continues today on an active basis with Crist, Fritschi & Paterson, Inc.
Jack resides in Walnut Creek with his wife of 50 years, Maureen. Their three sons, along with their spouses and grandchildren, live in Lafayette and Walnut Creek. An avid Cal Bear fan, Jack attends Cal Football games with his sons and grandsons.
